1. Re-entering and permanence in the work market of people that have passed a psychic crisis.
2. Elaboration of mechanisms that allows the achievement of the first aim.
3. Fight against the social exclusion of the final beneficiaries.

MOTIVATION OF THE ACTIVITIES
The involved regions have a high level of unemployment that needs the creation of a wide network of organizations in order to create an helpful system for group of non all-sufficient persons. The principle characteristic of those groups is the incapacity of facing the economic and social changes of the Country. Within those groups the emergent people are that ones with psychic malaise.
It must be underlined that in the Podlasie Region the psychic malaise is the second cause of non-all sufficient.
The direct consequence of psychic malaise is the exclusion from the social life and, as a result, the permanent unemployment and the lack of any employment prospective.
The DP is composed of : district of Suwalski, The Specialized Autonomous Pubblic Institute of Psychic deseases of Suwalki, the District of Sejnenski, Center for Persons with Mental Desease of Lipniak, the house of mutual assistance of Oleck, the mutual assistance center of Augustow, the district Employment office of Suwalski, the National Funds for the rehabilitation of disable people of Varsavia, the District Center of Family help, the Municipality of Suwalki, the Association of NADZIEJA, the Augustow District, the Foundation of Enterprise development, the Turism and Agriculture Chambre of Suwalski.
Description of the activities: the DP foresees 3 actions. Action 1 is the managing of activities for the strengthening of DP. The main element is the elaboration of a strategy that considers the transnational co-operation. The outputs are national and transnational cooperation agreements. Action 2 will be the introduction of the results of the previous activity, that is the effective realization of the project: the adaptation of the target groups, training at a psychological level, professional training, motivational session for employers, creation of protected employment in the labour market, etc.
Action 3 consists in the dissemination of best practices with the aim of influencing the institutional changes.
